While we do us whatsapp as a chat to consolidate our clients in one place. WE DO NOT SHARE ANY TAX INFORMATION THROUGH THIS APP. All documents are uploaded into a secure system for your privacy and safety.

Tax processing can be done from the comfort of your home or wherever you may be. At this time, we do not have a physical address for clients to visit, as our operations are conducted from our home office.

For communications, please send us a message on WhatsApp at 1-785-289-7734. When messaging, kindly refrain from sending repeat messages. During non-tax season, we may not be available every day; however, we will respond to clients in the order their messages were received as soon as we log back in. Sending repeat messages may result in your inquiry being bumped to the bottom of the list, making it harder for us to manage client communications effectively.

Please note that we do not have set hours of operation. Tax Season 2025 begins on January 27, 2026, and ends on April 15, 2026. The deadline for amended returns for 2022 is also April 15, 2026.

During the tax season, we operate five days a week. After the season concludes, we set aside one to two days a week to check messages and emails and reply to clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
